Travis Gearhart, our manager at Open Door Services, has been involved in real estate investment in the Denver area since 2013. He has worked as a professional property manager for companies that manage hundreds of units, and is a licensed real estate broker.
Prior to becoming involved in real estate investment, Travis worked overseas as a project manager in small scale infrastructure development. He also has Bachelor Degrees in Psychology, International Affairs, and a Masters Degree in Criminology.
He remains interested in world affairs, community resource development, and gardening.
